Planning and Coordination: A detailed plan is created, specifying the timeline, logistics, and any special considerations for the move. This plan should minimize as much downtime for the business.

Packing and Labeling: To ensure proper placement  and audit of items we can label equipment for proper designation in new office as well as do more secure packaging for more sensitive items this can range to any specific office equipment, furniture, and supplies. 

IT Equipment Handling: Special attention is given to the disconnection, packing, and secure transport of IT equipment, including computers, servers, and data centers.

Furniture Disassembly/Assembly: Large furniture items may be disassembled before the move and reassembled at the new location to facilitate transportation.

Secure Transportation: We then load the packed items onto specially equipped trucks designed for commercial moves. Care is taken to secure everything for transit.

Unloading and Setup: Upon arrival at the new location, we will unload and set up the office according to the predetermined floor plan. This may include placing furniture, connecting IT equipment, and arranging workstations.
